Return Policy
All skin and body products purchased directly on EarthlyBeauty.com other than Trial/Travel Skincare Sets and sample sizes may be returned for up to 30 days from date of initial purchase for credit or refund. Please save the original packaging and product as you may be required to ship it back to us for your credit or refund. Any credit or refund issued beyond the original 30 days will be done solely at our discretion.
Trial/Travel Skincare Sets are returnable only if unused. Sample sizes are not returnable, as they are intended to provide a low risk opportunity to test a product.
For return consideration of products purchased directly on EarthlyBeauty.com or in our physical storefront, products can be returned for a refund of the original purchase price if returned to us in unused, resaleable condition within 30 days. If the item has been opened and used we will accept the item back within 30 days for store credit only as long as 50% or more of the product is remaining in the container.
All returns which we do not immediately determine to be a mispack by our staff, or defect/quality related are the client’s responsibility to ship back to us. Due to the fact that we are an independent business with limited resources, and that most of our manufacturers do not credit us for returns that are not defect related we simply cannot bear the cost of shipping returns for you. We hope our clients understand this necessity and shop mindfully.
Please pack your item for return mailing carefully if you wish it to arrive in saleable condition, as items like pressed powders or bath bombs can break with impact. Items which arrive back to us broken will be eligible for store credit only per our used product policy, regardless of the condition when it left the client.
Shipping Info
We try our best to pack and ship your orders within 1 to 3 business days. We ship with USPS standard shipping. We currently do not offer expedited processing or shipping.
